I was out on my boat over the weekend and happened to fall. The fall resulted in some cracked ribs and injuring my eardrum. I was always cautious about using my insurance as I always ended up with huge bills. This however was not the case. I was in so much pain that I had to seek treatment. I used my app and found the nearest urgent care center. After some x-rays and treatment for my ear and I was still in pain but the meds were starting to work. As I left the back treatment and went to the front desk, I was shocked to discover that I only had to pay $30. I just wanted you to know that you rock Jack and I now know that if I get sick or hurt to go ahead and seek treatment. Thank you so much for the insurance and all of your help!
